The Crabtree 50SPDREC Starbreaker Standalone REC Unit is designed to provide overvoltage protection and safe supply isolation at the service intake point. Housed in a compact, metal, sealable enclosure, it features a 100A switch disconnector and integrated Type 2 surge protection device—ideal for installations requiring 18th Edition compliance and robust safety performance.
- 100A Main Switch Isolator: Double pole supply isolator enables full disconnection of incoming mains for servicing and safety.
- Type 2 Surge Protection: Protects against transient overvoltages (Up ≤1.5kV) from switching or lightning—suitable for Category II equipment.
- Compact All-Metal Enclosure: Three-part sealable steel design provides durability and a professional finish (220 x 88 x 66mm).
- Visual Life Status Indicator: Surge protection module includes clear visual end-of-life indication for easy status checking.
