The Crabtree 502RECBS is a standalone Starbreaker REC unit featuring a 100A main switch disconnector and factory-fitted Type 2 surge protection device. Housed in a robust all-metal enclosure, this unit offers enhanced overvoltage protection and safe isolation in compliance with 18th Edition regulations.
- 100A Main Isolator: Double pole switch disconnector provides full isolation at the supply intake point.
- Type 2 SPD Included: Protects against transient overvoltages from switching and lightning events—Up ≤1.5kV for Category II equipment.
- Visual Status Indicator: Surge protection module includes clear visual indicator for life status monitoring.
- All-Metal Starbreaker Enclosure: Durable steel design with curved visor and temporary locking facility for added site security.
