If you ask Simon, he'll humorously compare himself to The Office Dad, always ready with sage advice and quick answers.
But his team sees him as more of a multi-function tool: versatile and indispensable for tackling a variety of tasks.
During the week, Simon is infamous for his thunderous sneezes that echo through the office (some say they could startle the faint-hearted).
However, come the weekend, he transforms into an intrepid mountain biker, fearlessly navigating the woods and inadvertently giving squirrels a fright.
The big mystery surrounding him, which remains unsolved to this day, is the true motivation behind his biking escapades. Is it to commune with nature, stay fit, or perhaps just a clever ruse to indulge in his weakness for cookies and other sweet treats? He's definitely got a sweet tooth!
Despite his playful nature, Simon takes one thing very seriously: ensuring all Shop4 customers have their electrical projects completed on time and budget.

On the bright side, he's an upbeat soul who enjoys lending a hand wherever needed.
But on the dark side, he harbours a secret plot as The Office Feeder, sneakily purchasing treats so his colleagues grow plumper. If you pass our food truck, you might hear Andy's sinister snickering amidst the orders.
But don't let the pounds fool you - Andy's a valued team member, like a Multifunction Tester: adept at tackling multiple tasks at once.
Outside work, Andy enjoys fishing and walking his dog. We fear that someday we’ll see him angling, strolling the dog, juggling responsibilities at Shop4, and nourishing his colleagues, all at once.
If anyone's up for the job, it's our man Andy. He's worth his weight in gold, though we'd best not let that weight get too high!
Who is Nick
Nick is "the person who helps other people in getting electrical items in customer service”, a crucial role in our ecommerce.

Despite juggling important tasks, Nick can't help but chuckle at the fact that his little one couldn't care less about his job because, let's face it, he's not driving forklifts at the Shop4 warehouse.
We lovingly call him "The Office Moaner" because, well, he moans about anything and everything. Maybe he's secretly bummed about not living up to his son's high-flying forklift expectations? Who knows.
But don't get the wrong idea. The Shop4 team sees Nick as our trusty electrical tape: easy-going, no fuss, and always reliable.
Well, except for those days when he struts in wearing cowboy boots, channelling his inner American cowboy NASCAR soul. And in case you're wondering, nope, he's not American, but he sure wishes he were!
Nick wears his heart on his sleeve and isn't afraid to show it. He proudly wears the badge of being part of the "always injured" football group that meets every Monday, and he's always there for our customers, whether it's over the phone, through chat, or via email.
Who is James
James is “the expert behind the scenes who makes sure those light bulbs and sockets magically appear on our website, and your orders zoom down the wires straight to your doorstep”.

But, as James likes to joke, his real job is being the clean up crew for any messes left behind by Nick, our beloved customer service whiz.
James is The Office Joker, and everyone knows him as the trusty electrician's screwdriver: always there in the toolbox when you need him, reliable, and ready to wind a few people up.
Out of the office, he is a die-hard football fan. For the past year and a half, he's been playing in his own 'home matches’, living with his personal referee (his girlfriend), training in household chores, and scoring several goals; the biggest victory being the successful installation of a new boiler.
Dependable, organised, and laid-back, James finds joy in seeing his football team triumph, indulging in good films, and ensuring your Shop4 orders glide smoothly through the system.
Who is Gvidas
Gvidas is “the tech guru who turns website lemons into refreshing lemonade”. In other words, he's our Office Tech Whiz, ensuring Shop4 shines brightly on the vast internet and runs like a well-oiled machine to keep our customers smiling.

We like to think of him as our trusty wire stripper: capable of peeling away any technical hiccup to achieve the perfect fix. And sometimes, he's our very own Road Runner, zipping through tasks with lightning speed and conjuring up creative solutions to outsmart any "tech coyote" problems. Beep beep!
When he's not saving the day in the digital realm, Gvidas's hobbies mirror his profession: he's a born fixer. Currently, he's on a mission with his friends to transform a £300 coffee machine into a top-notch £3000 pound coffee contraption. And if he pulls that off (which we have no doubt he will), his next venture might just be a time machine right here in the office, whisking our customers' orders to them in the blink of an eye.
