Product Information and Web Navigation FAQs

There are three main ways to find products on our site:

The menu: You can browse our top-level categories first, then click on a category from the top menu and choose a subcategory from the dropdown menu that appears. Once you are in the subcategory, refine your search using the filter on the left.

The search tool at the top of the page: Type the name of the product you're looking for, even partial words, for example "downlight" and press enter. The page will show you all the downlights and you can refine your search with the filter on the left.

The Quick Order option: If you have an account, go to your account, click on the "Quick Order" option, and look for a product using the search bar. You can enter a product type, name, or code. This is only available if you are logged in.

Using the menu, search, or your account's quick order, you should be able to easily find any product you need on our website.

You can find 175+ brands on the Shop4 website.

If you are looking for a specific one, you have 3 ways to find the brand you are looking for.

Option 1: Use the search bar at the top of the page, enter the brand you are looking for. The website will show you the products from that brand.

If you want a specific type of product, you can use the left-hand menu and check the type of product box. Alternatively, you can look for the type of product using the product tab on the same menu.

Option 2: Use the "see all brands" button on the home page. Just scroll down the home page and you'll see it after the subscription form.

Once you click the button, choose the brand logo of the brand you are looking for and use the left menu to find a specific product (steps in option 1).

Option 3: Scroll down the homepage and click the "all brands" link on the "Quick links" column and you will access the brand logos (follow the steps of option 2).

At Shop4 we only offer products from well-known, reputable brands that are known for their quality and reliability.

In the unlikely event that your product/s develop a fault, you only need to contact us and we assist in helping to get this corrected.

All of the products at Shop4 come with a manufacturer's warranty from the brand. You can check if the product has a specific warranty period on the individual product description.

We cannot offer additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. But if you experience any issues with the product you buy, even if it is not covered by a warranty, you can contact our customer service team and we'll do our best to help you.
