The Vent-Axia VA100SVXHT12 is a Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) axial extractor fan, designed for bathrooms and toilets where installation within Zone 1 is required. Featuring an integral humidistat and timer, a thermo-electric backdraught shutter, and a remote wall-mounted transformer with switch live override, this fan provides safe, energy-efficient, and fully automated ventilation in wet areas.
- SELV Transformer for Safe Zone 1 Installation: Complies with IEE wiring regulations (BS 7671), making it suitable for operation over baths or showers.
- Automatic Humidity Control: Built-in humidistat activates the fan when excess moisture is detected.
- Adjustable Overrun Timer: Can be set between 5-30 minutes for continued ventilation after switch-off.
- Switch Live Override: Allows manual activation via an external switch.
- Thermo-Electric Backdraught Shutter: Automatically opens and closes, preventing unwanted airflow.
