The Vent-Axia VA100SVHX12 is a Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) axial extractor fan, designed for bathrooms and toilets requiring Zone 1 installation. Featuring an integral humidistat and timer, thermo-electric backdraught shutter, and a remote wall-mounted transformer with switch live override, this fan delivers automatic and efficient ventilation while ensuring maximum safety in wet environments.
- SELV Transformer for Safe Zone 1 Installation: Complies with IEE wiring regulations (BS 7671), making it safe for installation over baths and showers.
- Automatic Humidity Control: Built-in humidistat detects excess moisture and activates the fan as needed.
- Adjustable Overrun Timer: Set between 5-30 minutes to maintain airflow after switch-off.
