The XIMX+ 100mm Inline Mixed Flow Fan with Timer is engineered for higher performance ventilation in domestic ducted systems. With increased airflow capacity, selectable speeds, and an adjustable timer, it provides reliable and efficient extraction, ideal for loft-mounted installations.
- Adjustable Timer Function: Integrated overrun timer allows continued operation after switch-off for effective moisture and odour control.
- High Performance Two Speed Motor: Selectable airflow rates of 180m³/h or 245m³/h to suit varying ventilation demands.
