SHOTGUN-COAX twin Shotgun co-axial cable is trusted, installed and used by the largest to the smallest installations. Ideal for Sky+ installations which require 2 feeds suitable for any repair jobs & relocating set-top boxes.
Twin/shotgun cable is used for sky and freesat installations where two cables are required from the receiver to the satellite dish. Unlike TV Aerial signals, where you can split the cable into two, satellite cable cannot be split. If your receiver requires two cables or you have more than one single tuner satellite receiver in your home, you will need to have independent cables fed from the LNB of the dish to each receiver/tuner.
Supplied with Heavy duty shielding for improved Interference rejection commonly known in the market as Shotgun cable.
• This cable is used mainly for installation of SKY+ receivers as they require 2 cables coming down from the LNB . This for viewing one channel and recording another.
• It is a very high quality cable with Tinned Copper braiding
