Sona White Mains Powered Thermistek Heat Alarm – 10-Year Lithium Backup, Smart RF Ready
The Sona Thermistek Heat Alarm is a high-performance solution for fire detection in kitchens, garages, and lofts. Using Class A1 heat sensing and FireAngel’s unique Thermistek technology, it delivers a faster response to rapid temperature rise. Mains powered with a sealed 10-year lithium battery backup, it’s Smart RF compatible for easy wireless interlinking across a full domestic fire safety network.
- Class A1 Heat Detection: Activates between 54°C–65°C with radiant heat dish for faster fire response in high-risk areas like kitchens and garages.
- Mains Powered with 10-Year Battery: Sealed lithium backup ensures long-lasting protection even during power cuts.
- Smart RF Ready: Add a Smart RF Module (sold separately) to wirelessly interlink with other FireAngel Specification alarms and the Connected Home Solution via Gateway.
- User-Friendly Design: Integrated base with Test/Hush button and dust cap included to protect the unit during installation or renovations.
- Regulation Compliant: Fully certified to BS 5446-2:2003 and ideal for domestic properties, including social housing projects.
