The Dexa DMEV 100 is a high-performance single-flow continuous running extractor fan designed to improve indoor air quality by efficiently removing stale, humid air from bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, and utility rooms. With trickle and boost functionality, it runs continuously at a low rate and automatically adjusts airflow based on humidity or timer activation for optimal energy efficiency and ventilation control.

• Constant Volume Ventilation: Runs continuously at a selected trickle speed, boosting airflow automatically when required by humidity or user control.
• Integrated Humidity Sensor: Activates boost mode based on rising moisture levels, helping to prevent condensation and mould.
• Intelligent Timer Function: Increases fan speed after a set time when triggered by light switch or external sensor, with adjustable run-on period.
• Flexible Control Options: Boost function can also be triggered via remote switch, external sensors (e.g. PIR, humidity), or lighting circuit.
