Shop4 Power Club Loyalty Program T&Cs

1. Eligibility Criteria

- Membership in the Shop4 Power Club Loyalty Program is open to individuals who:
a) Have created a customer account on the Shop4 website
b) Have subscribed to Shop4's email list (aka The Power Club)
c) Are 18 years of age or older

2. Earning and Redeeming Points

- Members earn 1 Power Club point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases at Shop4
- Points are earned on all purchases, including sale items and promotional offers
- For every 100 Power Club points collected, members receive a £1 discount on their next Shop4 orders
- Points are credited to the member's account once the order has been shipped
- Members can redeem points at checkout, with full control over when and how many points to use
- Power Club points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers

3. Expiration of Points

- Power Club points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned
- Any unredeemed points will expire automatically after this 12-month period

4. Restrictions and Limitations

- Power Club points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder
- There is no limit to the number of points a member can earn
- In the event of a return, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member's account
- Shop4 reserves the right to refuse issuance of points for any reason, including suspected fraud

5. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

-Personal information collected in connection with the Power Club Loyalty Program will be used and protected in accordance with Shop4's Privacy Policy
-By participating in the program, members consent to receive email communications related to the loyalty program
-Shop4 complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws
-Members have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing

6. Modification and Termination

- Shop4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Power Club Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice
- Changes may include, but are not limited to, the number of points earned per purchase, the value of points, and redemption policies
- In the event of program termination, members will be given a reasonable period to redeem accumulated points

7. General Terms

- Membership in the Power Club Loyalty Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions
- Shop4 reserves the right to disqualify any member from the program in the event of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms
-These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
-Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
